I signed up for this program, I didn't have a choice
The surgery was painful, to change my face and voice
I became a body double for that Handsome Jack
And now I've gotten in too deep, there's no turning back

The longer I have worked with Jack, the more that I have learned

The crab will slow its speed
First, the worldstone, largest disc
And then the sun and moon
Open all the doorways

I hit New Game in the menu
And so far all is fine
These old game graphics and controls
Are good friends of mine
The landscapes are familiar
The aim mechanic too
But there is always that one thing
I never get used to
I always panic when I hear the music change
It means there is an enemy in range
Even though the change in music
Is not exactly something new
It always catches me off guard
I'm ready for a boss that's hard
I sneak around the corner, face the enemy and then
When I'm done the music's normal again
I'm running through the forest
Climb a mountain, maybe two
Searching for those artifacts
And trouble to get into
Up until I die, that is
And have to try once more
Let me load my game again
I'm smarter than before
But I always panic when I hear the music change
It means there is an enemy in range
Even though the change in music
Is not exactly something new
It always catches me off guard
I'm ready for a boss that's hard

When will the music be back to normal again?

The clouds, which are a greyish green
Are slowly passing by
I wonder when this night will end

But after searching for a while it started to get old
Pikachu came next, adding all its hats
The shinies started pouring in after that
I rack my brain and try to remember,
Did I shiny check this mon?
Better check just to be sure
Before it will despawn
Look for the change in color
And the sparkles everywhere
But if it's not a shiny, then I really don't care
New events and holidays, community days too
There are shinies everywhere, what did I get into?
I check again and again and no luck every time
I'm waiting for the day the elusive shiny is mine
I rack my brain and try to remember,
